Audi Customer service
Some of you might have come across some recent youtube videos put up by Yianni of the popular Yiannimize car customization company re: the terrible customer service he received from several audi dealerships. It'll be interesting to see what others' experiences have been as i can TOTALLY relate with his experience. I'm at a point where i'm actually considering changing brands (my 2 cars are audis)
In contrast to this, we have had nothing but good service from the Audi dealers we have used over the years - so much so that when we have strayed from the fold I am amazed that those other dealers can actually retain any customers. Mind you, my most expensive car (new Q7) has not been in the same league as Yianni's motors so perhaps he expects more.
