This sounds like you need to delete your vehicle from your app and re-add it, with your dealership re-adding you as a key user. And there in lies the problem, all car manufacturers are having supply chain issues... So if you cancel, you'll just end up at the back...

The other thing I've found is the lane keep assist can be quite aggressive in it's keeping you in lane and this can be quite annoying...
