Any update on the limited app functionality?

I’m afraid there is no likelihood of the overall functionality being improved on the My Audi app any time soon . The only improvement which may happen at some point is the ability to remove the screen message which appears every time you start the car and refers to you as a “Guest” user and doesn’t allow you to set a user profile . It’s a pretty poor show really .
Let’s hope Audi make some real effort to sort these issues out I’m surprised that some of the reviews of the car haven’t highlighted the functionality issues .

These limitations seem crazy for a car that's being marketed as full of technology. All the cars I've owned for the past 6 years have all offered remote functions from the mobile application.

Yes, that was also my conclusion. I don’t know about the app locking ability, sounds a bit like I isn’t coming

When I picked up my Q4 the dealer changed over the 'My Audi' from my A7 to the Q4.
However, I seem to be missing functionality on the App to see the current mileage and last parked location.
I also notice on the cars MMI the 'User' option is missing.
Am I missing some settings somewhere ?

Yes, that’s the same issue that every Q4 has. Most of it should be fix with an update in week 47
