Hello all,

Does anyone have any intel on when the talked about Q4 software will be released for the MMI?. The MMI is particularly poor compared to other Audi's of a similar age.

Also if Audi will release the software they were talking about for the car to give better range and performance. They announced something on this, but never gave any timescales.

Hi,

Audi have said the update isn’t compatible with earlier models, but is on later models delivered over the last few months. So when and if we will see the update rolled out for cars like my that was delivered in November, goodness only knows!

Seriously!? I get the 135kwh possibly isn't but it's the software they promised was coming back in November and all other VW group brands have had it...

That’s what Audi have said, and I’ve sent emails expressing my annoyance, but so far all I get back is the standard email asking for my VIN, photos, and a brief outline of the issues. And still no news on the issue of my car being incompatible.

Very frustrating, brought a 50k plus car and still treated as a guest within it.

It's all very shabby. The software is incomplete, and is botched by Audi by not coming clean to those early adopters. My wife has an A1 Vorsprung and the software is infinitely superior to my much more expensive Q4.

I took the car into the dealership on Friday to see if they could enable the traffic light and hazard warning. Both say they have expired licenses. But, in another section of the MMI they are in date to 2025. Guess what the dealership hadn't got a clue and had no clue when any software fixes are coming; if it all.

Just poor execution and terrible customer service from Audi.

I'm booking a drive with Polestar this week to try the 2 out, I think that runs on Google so will be interesting to see how well connected it is.

I got a satisfaction survey email from Audi today and made it clear the number of software issues that need fixing.
