My Sportback 40 edition 1 is at the docks in Germany as we speak. So hopefully just another 2-3 weeks until it’s sitting in my driveway!! Unless of course there’s still delays at the docks in Germany!

My order was an edition 1 sportback 40 with c+ s pack in grey. Lease company says late December 2021 order (?) . Advised it will be October delivery. Disappointed that I cannot get further information from them.

New user, ordered Oct 2022 currently status 38 - expected August 2023. So the production time is improving from all I’ve read above.

I am not seeing any improvement. Edition 1 Sportback with Tech and c&s packs . Ordered March 2022 no confirmed build date and approximate eta gets pushed back and back… latest is Week 48.. I am 50:50 on whether to wait or cancel. Bmw offering much more reliable and quicker build slots on the i4

I have been told to expect a mid October delivery for the same spec as Ashkings. I ordered in Dec 21 which looks about the same period from order to delivery.

I’m still waiting on my Edition 1 which was ordered Sept 21, currently September build but haven’t had an update for a while. It’s probably slipped again and they’re afraid to tell me ….again

Dealer tells me via leasing company that delivery will be late October 23 - Edition 1 sportback ordered Dec 21, 22 months from order to delivery. Shambolic!
