That’s a quick turn around, ordered mine end of July dealer saying end of Jan deal, build week 50 and the lease company saying 01/12 delivery

I’m guessing, because slough Audi provide all of hitachi’s orders, they will have a huge allocation of build slots, plus they are not going to want to piss off major buyers, sad reality is if hitachi order 300 cars, but mr jones orders 1 you can guarantee who’s getting priority

Just had confirmation from our dealer that the car has a VIN so is apparently fully built and on its way to us, and apparently they are now ordering our Podpoint! So at last an update, so seems like to hope for others too.

That’s good news Edam77, from what I hear, as annoying as it is, stripping things out like the wireless charging, towbar etc, they are making good progress on the backlog, we ordered an ID3 in august, and we’re told Mar/April 22 delivery, just had a call from dealer that build week has moved from week 9 2022 to week 48 21, so they seem to be ploughing through them now, just hope it’s the same for our Q4’s

It went into build on 9 July, so think it's week 27.

Thank you
Mine was due into build on the 12th July. I’m hoping I may get some news of it finally being built soon then.

Just ordered a standard 40 in black and delivery time is estimated to be April. Only hope that doesn’t get pushed back.
