Is Audi Connect still a thing?

Bit confused by https://www.audi.co.uk/uk/web/en/owners/my-audi.html, it looks like we need to use myAudi (which is the app I have that works, minus the shop that isn't launched yet) but do we need to use the Connect App as well or is that old?
