Key Fob

Does anyone have any further information on colour-coded fobs?
I was going to buy the following:

but noticed in the text
"we recommend replacing older or discharged vehicle key batteries before fitting the key cover as the cover cannot be removed without causing damage to it"
I'm presuming you can never replace the batteries without damaging the cover!
