My wife side swiped a bollard

OMG, I could cry for you. When do divorce proceedings start. On a positive no one was hurt, and car can be fixed. Before you know it, you will be back on the road, good as new, minus the wife.

Dealer did a quick estimate on a fix, £15k

Audi have said it's not safe to drive back to London, which is totally fair as the rear door is sticking out far too wide now.

AA call out was a life saver. Banged it back in to make it driveable. Will try and get it in next week for a more accurate cost estimate.

Thankfully no one was hurt and it can be fixed. Hopefully you can get a car while it’s being fixed. Audi do provide a like for like replacement (or very close) if you use the Audi Ensurance offering that’s free to all owners of an Audi. And they take care of the repairs for you.

Also, Ensurance includes legal cover, so that can save money an legal cover is usually an extra on your own insurance policy.

Apparently, we can't use Ensurance as it's been activated after the accident

They said we should have had a leaflet about the service when we got the car, which we didn't. So another dealer fail there.
