Osprey not charging me?

So we have been using an Osprey charger locally which is a 50kwh CCS. We use our E-tron card to initiate charge however when looking at our EcS account it seems like we are not getting charged? Is this right? (Seems obviously too good to be true!). We signed up for the £150 free and the free 12 months Transit tarriff but I assumed our £150 would be getting used up?

Sometimes they take over a month to show up and be taken from your account. How long has it been?

I mean, its been nearly a month I would say at least for the 1st transaction but I'll wait and see then and keep an eye on it! Thanks

Similar for me. Charged 3 times at ChargeplaceScotland 3 weeks ago and still my account not debited.

Same here. Used an osprey charger in Wales month and 1/2 ago. Still no charge on my etron account.

Same here, but this morning it refused the e-tron eCS card. Plus my e-mail today from eCS advises of upcoming changes, Price increases and Osprey is not on the list. Perhaps someone has made a boo boo.

I used my eTron charge card at an Osprey charger in Daventry 9 days ago and it was OK.

I’m using BP Pluse a few times a month and not every one has been charged to the etron card. I checked with the etron team, and they said it can take a few weeks before the cost comes through.

We did a trip to Lincoln and charged at an ionity and then stopped for lunch and they had an osprey so we did a another top up there and were only charged for the ionity and that was in March!

At the end of my 12 month period, I got billed close to £90 by EcS for Osprey charging. It would appear they have caught up.

Osprey not charging me?
