Like the car but have faced few tech issues which Audi can't resolve.

The ‘first issue’ models are plagued with software issues on version 3608. Many of us owners have been waiting 2 years for a major software update to give the car back its functionality. Hopefully this upgrade is happening soon. MMI crashes are a common event on all Audi models I’m afraid. Like you are experiencing the Audi dealers have zero fixes.

The rollout of the update to the software has started and you will get a call from your dealer to bring the car in. They need it for a day to do the update.
