My dealer checked again yesterday and still nothing. Delivered November 2021, so have any early cars being called? Let me know.

Per above my 40 sline was delivered Feb 22 and had a recall on the system for the fix

Think it is just the 40 (bigger battery) models first so you should be soon

We have a 40 edition 1 from October 2021 and nothing yet...

I have a Q4 40 from September 2021. Just had a discussion with the service manager at my local dealer. They are trained and waiting, but not had any Q4s to update. They are expecting it to take 10 hours, and they have had to source special charging equipment to keep the car on charge throughout the update.

Just emailed my dealer for the third time as they haven't replied to me on this subject 😡

I'm calling them out now. Marshalls of Wimbledon. This is not the first time they've been quite useless with customer support.

I forgot to add that it's for the 12 volt systems, not the high voltage. I guess it's like updating the software on your home computer; don't turn the computer off mid-update.

Spoke to them earlier. Apparently there is an issue with the computers nation wide which is affecting the update. Probably still using windows 98 🤣🤣🤣
