Well all the moaning might be about to come to an end... My number just came in and update booked in a couple of weeks.

Thought today would be the day…originally told it would take 3 hours, but when arrived was told it may take all day as the engineers may be busy on other things. Decided to take a walk (was intending on waiting as no other transport). About 20 minutes later got a call to say they had made a mistake and would be at least 3 days to do the update (which must be a hardware update as well - I’ve been in software all my life) and so another month delay until there is a curtesy car….. wish I had listened to Chowmann
