Just had the call from Audi Newcastle to arrange a date. Sounds like I may have to find a 3-4 day slot to let them do their stuff. Car registered in Oct 21.

ScottyQ4 - what is your Q4 spec - 2WD?

My Q4 50 Quattro was delivered in November 2021 and I have no real information from the dealer on a potential SW update. It seems Quattro's may have a different update plan.

Yes 2WD. Sline with c&s and Tech packs

I didn’t wait for my dealer to call as knew they wouldn’t, service not been great with them. I just call up the service department at the dealer occasionally and ask if there are any software updates available for my car (Oct 21 40 Edition 1, C&S & Tech packs). Latest try on Thursday and was told 2 new updates, one for battery (BMS I think) and another for infotainment system. Assuming this is the long awaited updates so booked it in for next week.

Actually, having chased my local dealer about the software update, I did get a call from them to say that my car needed a battery module change. Trouble was they couldn't do it. I've booked the car in with another dealer and the earliest date I could get was July because of the limited number of courtesy cars. You couldn't make this rubbish up.

Had the call today. Car booked in for two days next month to do the two ‘campaigns’.

I received a call from our dealer in Norway yesterday and its scheduled for mid July to do the update. 50 Quattro from August 21.
