Car only charging at 2KWH

Hi,

Just taken delivery of a brand new S Line 35, drove home and tried to charge using my Indra (egg) charger and it’s only charging at 2KWH, then tried using the 3 pin, also only charging at 2KWH.

Any tips to fix this, if not going back to the dealer.

Hi, not even have my Q4 yet, but some EVs have current input in the menu, maybe your car was set at low current input , should switch to 32A.
