Had my Q4 for 3 weeks now and honestly no issues apart from the fact that Audi have “run out” of voucher codes for the £150 credit and are chasing more. Anyone else having the same issue?

The current Audi charging charging service is stopping and is being replaced by a new Audi service on 1st January. That could be the reason.

Hi all I requested my code late November and finally received it about 2 weeks later, apparently their systems were down and that caused a backlog but rest assured it will make it to you eventually.
