My car went in to replace a faulty piece of trim and I asked them to check the software, and as expected, no update for car!
Another email to Audi as this is beyond acceptable.

Speaking to the Audi Uk executive office today about this very subject. The retailers are pulling their hair out over this as software issues are now common throughout the range including Audi hybrids. Audi UK must be getting their ears bent. Mine is going into Audi Newcastle at the end of the month where I have been told that the two issues associated with the nav system ie storing destinations and storing work/home addresses will be addressed. As for the rake of other software issues including guest user etc that remains to be seen. I’ll keep you posted
Definitely getting their ears bent, but clearly it’s not having any impact as a year on, my car still has out of date software and no date when or if early versions will be updated.

Just had a call from Audi Customer Service who said there will be updates in early 2023, and my dealer will be in contact when it’s available. So a glimmer of hope, but we have all heard this before.

Just seen a pig fly... I was told end of November 2021, end of 2021, February 2022 and then stop asking us and speak to your dealer, who then had the car for a day and did nothing other than try to sell us a service pack and vaguely clean the car...
