Yep. Persevered a little longer with the app. Simply switched off/on the iPhone and carried out the workaround of setting destination then back to main screen. SOC and range now restored. However Remote climate control is greyed out - typical just before winter

Yes same here. Normal Audi service. BMW app is 100% better.

What an app update doesn't work anymore can't get vehicle data, what a bag of spanner's.

Same here, workaround worked but now Climate Control greyed out (

Right , try this. In the same screen as the greyed out Climate Control, below is a horizontal short line. Drag it up and hey presto there’s Climate Control not greyed out. Tap it and it spins endlessly but then when you drag that short vertical line downward the original greyed out Climate Control is flashing green and starting. Tap it and you can stop it there. 😳 The original Climate Control is back to where it was then.

Thanks. Got that back but no luck on battery % or charging status

The fix as suggested by Garysevern above worked. The things we are having to do to get things going is beyond belief??
