My Audi App

Hi
Charge % on my app stopped working and always displaying 81%. MMI shows only 69% , i get the meesage Data connection lost. Anyone faced this issue on the my audi app/MMI? Any suggestions to fix it. Thanks

It might well be a server issue, sometimes they do maintenance and don't tell us. Most likely it will fix itself in a few days.

Thankfully you can manually set the charge in the car which might help for now.

Just checked today, and the MyAudi app on my iPhone has at last gone to version 4.11. Miracles do actually happen in Audi Land!

My SOC is stuck on 38%. Refuses to update. Server likely to be down again. Anybody else out there with the same issue

Mine is working but still can’t set the SOC from the app Audi are looking into it apparently.
