same problem here - thought it was just me - talk about extremely poor customer service

It is same problem for everyone here in finland. All q4 owners I know are having this same problem.

LTE data appears to be back in the car but the app still isn’t working.

My car did an update, where on the radio there is more data, as in what song is being played and why the DJ is called. Then the next morning, 20th, no LTE. I rang Audi, who said “Don’t do anything, and it will come back after a couple of days”. Still waiting…z

Had the problem for the last few days. Back up and running now though - Audi connect told me there was an issue with a bunch of q4's...
